SPRING TRIP **DATE CHANGE**
ORLANDO, FL
APRIL 17-21, 2013

The DeSoto Band Program will be traveling to Orlando, FL to perform at the Heritage Music Festival. Due to STAAR/EOC testing the date has changed to April 17-21, 2013. 

We are still accepting registration forms and deposits for the Spring Trip so it is not too late to reserve your spot.
To get a firm number of students participating in the trip, a $125.00 non-refundable deposit is required. Anyone not returning this form, with the deposit, will not be registered for the trip.

PLEASE NOTE: Students with outstanding fees or past due student account balances will not be allowed to register for the trip; this is a school-wide policy. 

Installment payments of $125.00 can be made on or before the prescribed dates below. Please note that the LAST payment date is April 15, if you are not paid in full by this date, you will not be able to participate.  Please register and make your payments as quickly as possible.

FEE PAYMENTS AND FORMS

All forms that MUST be signed by parents.  All fees MUST be paid and any outstanding debts to the Band Program from the prior year MUST be cleared.
