Band Regular Practice Schedule - REVISED 8/20/2010
Please adhere to the following practice every week starting Monday, August 23, unless otherwise notified.
Monday - 3:05-4:05 pm Sectionals (everyone) and 5:30-8:00 pm Full Band
(includes Guard)
Tuesday - 3:30-5:30 pm Sectionals for Brass & Battery
4:00-5:00 pm Sectionmals for Guard
Wednesday - 3:30-5:30 pm Sectionals for Woodwinds & Pit
3:15-5:30 pm Sectionals for Guard
Thursday - 3:15-5:30 pm Full Band (includes Guard)
Friday - Game Days/Clinics TBA
Saturday - Competition TBA
Game/Event Day Sheets will be posted by Wednesday or as appropriate.
The final Uniform Fitting Make-up date is tentatively planned for Tuesday 8/24 at 6:00 pm. Please wear socks and nylon shorts. Forms that parents must complete will be available and payments will be taken. There are no other make-up dates planned so if you are participating in the marching show you must attend this night, otherwise you may not perform.

CONGRATULATIONS DESOTO EAGLE BAND!!!
For earning a Superior rating across all areas of performance at the UIL Marching Competion held at Duncanville on October 17, 2009. This is the 41st consecutive year that the Eagle Band has won Sweepstakes making it part of an elite group of bands in the state to attain this level of continued success and excellence. We are proud of the dedication and hard work of our students and staff.
